MRS-D1 In/Out Positioner Control
For optimal coating results, the distance from the tip of the spray gun to the work-piece is crucial.
If many different parts are coated it must be possible to adjust the horizontal position of the guns. For this purpose, the reciprocator carrying the spray guns is mounted on an In/Out positioner. In a DigiTech coating system, the In/Out positioner is controlled by means of the MRS-D1 module.
The operation of the MRS-D1 module is carried out via the display of the central control unit CCM-D1
