The modular PrimaTech control system

CCM 2007 control unit
The central control unit is the heart of the EcoTech control system. This is where all the modules are brought together and managed. In addition, direct control functions such as e.g. the circuit of the fluid air for a powder container with fluid base or an air fluid unit can be switched and adjusted.
Overview of the functions:
- Locking of up to 8 spray gun controls with each other
- Control and switching of up to 2 additional air supply modules
- Remote switching of up to 2 air supply modules
- Remote switching of up to 2 lifting devices
- Connection circuit for gap control
- Inputs for delivery and booth clearance signal
- Malfunction information to conveyor equipment
Central control unit for all PrimaTech modules.
Connections for:
- 8 EPG 2007
- 1 GCM 2007 gap control module
- 2 TCM 2007 air supply modules for Tribo
- 1 fluidizing air
- Conveyor and booth interlocks
- 1 further PrimaTech module or 1 SCM 2007 for 8 more sprayguns
Without additional control module SCM 2007 a maximum of 8 sprayguns can be operated. |
