In the automatic series production, the objects to be painted are scanned without contact and, depending on the application, the spray gun brought to the optimum position. Also for difficult workpiece geometries, the 3-D movement technique provides for exact automatic coating. After a learning phase in which the movement sequence is programmed, the electrical or pneumatic positioning and swiveling devices follow the object dimensions. This ensures the lowest material consumption with perfect coating results. |
